Hi, I'm Jessica Ward

I lead product launches, implement marketing technologies, develop content strategies, and manage integrated campaigns. This page is, quite literally, my work experience - but in website form, where I have more room to explain what I actually did.

Experience

2015-2017

Plymovent

Worked with global marketing teams to support Plymovent’s North American reseller network, supporting industrial air filtration and extraction solutions through trade shows, paid search, paid social media, and marketing collateral. Collaborated with sales and reseller partners to create customized materials that strengthened relationships and regional growth.

2017-2018

Kramer

Supported demand generation, content development, and digital marketing initiatives for Kramer’s U.S. market. Developed integrated campaigns and created email, web, and digital content to support partner marketing, customer acquisition, and regional sales objectives.

2018-2019

API Technologies

Progressed from Product Marketing Specialist to Digital Marketing Specialist, managing campaigns, website content, social media, and events across North America and Europe for cybersecurity and IT services. Following the launch of a new CRM and CMS platform, analyzed campaign performance, website traffic, and customer behavior to improve SEO, conversions, and the overall digital experience.

2019-2022

Cisco

Held two contract positions supporting Cisco, beginning in partner marketing before transitioning into content management for its Customer Experience organization. Managed integrated campaigns and events for more than 20 Cisco partners—contributing over $1 million in qualified pipeline per quarter—then managed content, supported platform migrations, and developed sales enablement materials for internal teams, distributors, and certified partners.

2023-2026

comarch

Led global marketing initiatives spanning the launch of a SaaS loyalty platform, the opening of Comarch’s first owned U.S. data center, and the implementation of a new CRM and CMS ecosystem. Managed go-to-market strategy, digital campaigns, content, lead generation, and agency partnerships, including campaigns that generated more than one million impressions and supported the acquisition of the data center’s first U.S. client.

Projects

Overview

Supported the integrated go-to-market launch of Comarch's first owned U.S. data center campus in Mesa, Arizona, helping establish and expand the company's data center services presence in the North American market. Partnered with technical and business teams to understand the facility's infrastructure, IBM technologies, certified expertise, and target customer needs, translating complex capabilities into marketing strategies before the campus opened. Executed integrated campaigns spanning public relations, digital marketing, media partnerships, thought leadership, and industry events to build awareness, engage enterprise audiences, and support customer acquisition throughout the construction and launch phases.

Launching Echo Loyalty

Ready-to-use customer loyalty platform for the mid-market

Overview

Led the product marketing launch of Echo Loyalty, a SaaS customer loyalty platform designed for mid-market businesses. Defined the go-to-market strategy, product positioning, and marketing foundation while introducing HubSpot as the platform's first marketing automation and CRM solution. Partnered with a European-based marketing agency and cross-functional stakeholders to execute integrated campaigns, establish scalable lead generation processes, and expand the company's marketing approach to better serve the mid-market. Although the product was discontinued following a company acquisition, the success of the marketing infrastructure and processes established during the launch contributed to HubSpot's adoption as the company's global CRM and marketing automation platform.
